Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $79.

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.99 on orders with a net weight under 5kg.

If you select express shipping for an order weighing more than 5kg, we will refund the express shipping charge and dispatch your order via standard post.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most standard orders arrive within 1–3 business days of purchase. For rural and remote locations, please allow 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

Express Post

Orders placed before 10:00 am on a business day may arrive the next business day if dispatched that day and sent within Australia Post’s eligible Express Post network. Australia Post’s service conditions apply.

For rural or remote destinations, express delivery may take 3–5 business days from purchase.

Receiving Your Delivery

If you are unavailable when your parcel arrives, the courier may leave it in a safe location, subject to their delivery conditions.

If you prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please include “Do not safe drop” in the order notes when placing your order.

If you select “Do not safe drop” and no one is available to receive your parcel, a calling card will be left in your mailbox. Your parcel will then be available for collection from your local post office or the nearest designated parcel collection point, as indicated on the card.

If you agree to your parcel being left in a safe location, Supplement Mania is not liable or responsible for any loss or theft after it has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your delivery’s progress.
